Any payment made to Meridian Journeys LLC constitute acceptance of the terms & conditions set out herein. A Non-Refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of the reservation/booking. Full balance of payment is required 90 days prior to departure date.
Payments must be made when you receive your invoice. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, wire transfer, certified checks and Travel Agency checks..
International and Domestic Airfares are not included in our travel programs.
Tickets reservations are on request and need to be purchased separately.
A reservation fee of $150.00 per person will apply.
Land and Cruise:
There is no refund for no-shows and for cancellations after the start of the land and cruise trip. There is no refund for unused services, or if portions of the land arrangements are missed. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
Itineraries:
Deviations to the planned itineraries are possible, although every effort will be made to keep them as they are presented. In addition, we reserve the right to revise itineraries or hotels due to conditions beyond our control, and any such change will not result in eligibility for refund. We also reserve the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour and may, but are not obligated to, substitute another vessel and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers/travelers by reason of any such cancellation, advancement, or postponement.
Omissions:
Meridian Journeys LLC is not responsible for omissions and/or presentation errors in its website/electronic brochure or any other media where such information may be presented and reserve the right to make corrections as required.
Liability Exclusions:
Meridian Journeys LLC (Hereinafter referred to as the Travel Agency) is responsible only for making travel arrangements to the Destinations offered in our website.
The responsibility of the Travel Agency and/or its representative and/or its agents is limited.
The Travel Agency acts only as an agent for the passengers or tour participants in all matters connected with tour transportation, hotel & dining services, sightseeing tours, cruise and other trip related services.
Important:
For the Cruise travel bookings or part of the journey, it is the Cruise Line Company’s Terms and Conditions that apply.
It is specifically agreed that this agreement is entered into in New York City, County of Manhattan, New York, and that in the event of any legal action be initiated, it is specifically agreed that any issue or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, to Meridian Journeys LLC travel services, or to any related trip shall be settled in the first instance by binding arbitration before (1) arbitrator in New York, NY.
Each party shall bear its own fees and expenses and an equal share of any arbitrator and administrative fees. However, the prevailing party shall be entitled to full recovery of all such fees and costs. All disputes shall be arbitrated on an individual basis.
Travel Insurance:
The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended and is not included in the price of the journey. It is the traveler’s responsibility.
